Objectively definition

Objectively. : means 1. Not influenced by emotion, surmise or personal prejudice. 2. Of a test: limited to choices of fixed alternatives and reducing subjective factors to a minimum.
Objectively means that the list includes every volunteer in the database who meets the specified objective requirements for the slate and agrees to be considered at that time for that position.
Objectively in this instance means without regard to the subjective intentions or state of mind of law enforcement. See BLACK’S LAW DICTIONARY 1178 (9th ed. 2009) (defining objective as “[o]f, relating to, or based on externally verifiable phenomena, as opposed to an individual’s perceptions, feelings, or intentions.”).
