Objectionable in this agreement means material that deals with matters such as sex, cruelty, or violence in such a manner that it is likely to be injurious to the good of students or incompatible with a school environment. This is intended to be inclusive of the definition used in the Films, Videos and Publications Classification Act 1993.
Eligible activities or "eligible activity" means 1 or more of the following:
Outside Activity means any organized or business activity conducted by an Employee outside of MSIM. This includes, but is not limited to, participation on a board of directors, including that of a charitable organization, working part-time outside of MSIM, establishing a holding company for investments, investing in rental properties, or forming a limited partnership.
Unprofessional conduct means the same as that term is defined in
Response activity means evaluation, interim response activity, remedial action, demolition, providing an alternative water supply, or the taking of other actions necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare, or the environment or the natural resources. Response activity also includes health assessments or health effect studies carried out under the supervision, or with the approval of, the department of community health and enforcement actions related to any response activity.
Regulated Activity means any generation, treatment, storage, recycling, transportation, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substances.
Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).
authorised activities means the activities which the Licensee is authorised bythis licence to carry on, and shall include any purpose connected with the supply to any premises of heat produced in association with electricity and steam produced from air and water heated by such heat; and
Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.26.
Prohibited Activity means any service or activity on behalf of a Competing Business that involves the planning, management, supervision, or providing of services that are similar in nature or purpose to those services Employee provided to the Company within the last 12 months of Employee’s employment with the Company or any other activities that would involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
Objections means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify, or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Claim).

Activity Material means any Material, other than Reporting Material, created or developed by the Grantee as a result of the Activity and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Activity Material.
fissionable substance means any prescribed substance that is, or from which can be obtained, a substance capable of releasing atomic energy by nuclear fission.
fishing related activities means any operation in support of, or in preparation for, fishing, including the landing, packaging, processing, transshipping or transporting of fish that have not been previously landed at a port, as well as the provisioning of personnel, fuel, gear and other supplies at sea;
Hazardous Substance Activity also means any existence of Hazardous Substances on the Property that would cause the Property or the owner or operator thereof to be in violation of, or that would subject the Property to any remedial obligations under, any Environmental Laws, including CERCLA and RCRA, assuming disclosure to the applicable governmental authorities of all relevant facts, conditions and circumstances pertaining to the Property.
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Restricted Activity means directly or indirectly owning any interest in, managing, controlling, participating in, consulting with, rendering services for, or in any manner engaging in any business with any customer, supplier, competitor or other person having a business relation with the Company or any of its subsidiaries; provided however that the term "Restricted Activity" shall not include passive ownership of not more than 2% of the outstanding stock of any class of a corporation which is publicly traded, so long as Executive has no active participation in the business of that corporation.
Adverse System Impact means a negative effect that compromises the safety or reliability of the electric distribution system or materially affects the quality of electric service provided by the electric distribution company (EDC) to other customers.
Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Criminal sexual activity means the commission of an act as defined in Section 886 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which is the act of sodomy; and
Improper influence means any influence that induces or tends to induce a PHA/IHA employee or officer to give consideration or to act regarding a PHA/IHA contract on any basis other than the merits of the matter.
Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) means the lowest emission limit that a particular source is capable of meeting by the application of control technology that is reasonably available considering technological and economic feasibility. It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.
