Objection and Exclusion Deadline definition

Objection and Exclusion Deadline means the date by which a Settlement Class Member must submit an Objection to this Agreement or an Opt-Out Form to the Settlement Administrator. The Objection and Exclusion Deadline shall be 60 days after the Notice Date.
Objection and Exclusion Deadline means the date by which an AdWords Class Member must submit an Objection to this Agreement to the Settlement Administrator or, in the case of AdWords Class Members who did not opt-out of the Action following Litigation Notice, the date by which such AdWords Class Members must exclude themselves by submitting an Opt-Out Form to the Settlement Administrator.
