Undervote means that the elector does not properly designate any choice for an office or ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.
Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support. Programs do not include Integrated Software or any Operating System or any software release prior to general availability (e.g., beta releases).

Orthodontic means a type of specialist dental treatment carried out by an orthodontist that diagnoses, prevents and corrects mispositioned teeth and jaws and misaligned bite patterns.
Hospitalization means admission in a Hospital for a minimum period of 24 consecutive ‘In- patient Care’ hours except for specified procedures/ treatments, where such admission could be for a period of less than 24 consecutive hours.
Arborist means an individual engaged in the profession of arboriculture who, through experience, education, and related training, possesses the competence to provide for or supervise the management of trees and other woody plants. Must be concurrently an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist to perform any role required of a Certified Arborist.
Elections has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12.
Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.
Arrangements means every arrangement or transaction that:
Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.

Catholic means a member of a Church in full communion with the See of Rome. This includes the Latin Rite (Roman Catholics) and the Eastern Catholic Churches (see Appendix 3 of the Diocesan Admissions Guidance for a list of Churches in full communion with the See of Rome). This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of Baptism in a Catholic Church or a certificate of reception into the full communion of the Catholic Church. For the purposes of this policy, it includes a looked after child who is part of a Catholic family where a letter from a priest demonstrates that the child would have been baptised or received into the Church if it were not for their status as a looked after child (e.g. a looked after child in the process of adoption by a Catholic family).
Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.
Schemes the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme available to Civil Servants and employees of bodies under Schedule 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 (and eligible employees of other bodies admitted to participate under a determination under section 25 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013), as governed by rules adopted by Parliament; the Partnership Pension Account and its (i) Ill health Benefits Scheme and (ii) Death Benefits Scheme; the Civil Service Additional Voluntary Contribution Scheme; and the Designated Stakeholder Pension Scheme and “alpha” introduced under The Public Service (Civil Servants and Others) Pensions Regulations 2014;
DARO means "days after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
Welfare means that language referring to effects on welfare includes, but is not limited to, effects on soils, water, crops, vegetation, man-made materials, animals, wildlife, weather, visibility and climate, damage to and deterioration of property, and hazards to transportation, as well as effects on economic values and on personal comfort and well-being.
Bereavement Pay Benefits means the benefits as set out in Article II hereof.
Journeyman plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as a
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
QC means quality control.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.
Cannabidiol means a finished preparation containing, of its total cannabinoid content, at least 98 percent cannabidiol and not more than 0.90 percent tetrahydrocannabinol by volume that has been extracted from marijuana or synthesized in a laboratory.
Medical control means a person who provides medical supervision to an emergency medical service provider.
Cropland means land used for the production of adapted crops for harvest, alone or in a rotation with grasses and legumes, and includes row crops, small grain crops, hay crops, nursery crops, orchard crops, and other similar specialty crops.
Dental means of or relating to the teeth and the work of a dentist.
Tuition pupil means a pupil of school age attending school in a district other than the pupil's district of residence for whom tuition may be charged to the district of residence. Tuition pupil does not include a pupil who is a special education pupil, a pupil described in subsection (6)(c) to (o), or a pupil whose parent or guardian voluntarily enrolls the pupil in a district that is not the pupil's district of residence. A pupil's district of residence shall not require a high school tuition pupil, as provided under section 111, to attend another school district after the pupil has been assigned to a school district.
