OAQDA Bonds definition

OAQDA Bonds means the $141,260,000 aggregate principal amount of State of Ohio Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2008-A (FirstEnergy Generation Corp. Project) to be issued by the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority.
OAQDA Bonds means bonds issued by the OAQDA and purchased by the Investor under the Bond Purchase Agreement.

Examples of OAQDA Bonds in a sentence

  • The Bonds of Series 2037 shall be deemed to have been paid and redeemed at any time if and to the extent that the OAQDA Bonds are redeemed pursuant to the OAQDA Indenture relating thereto, in whole or in part, in an amount equal to 100% of the principal amount of the OAQDA Bonds redeemed and all amounts owed by the Company to Ambac under the Insurance Agreement have been indefeasibly paid in full.

  • In the event of such redemption of the OAQDA Bonds, the Company shall notify Ambac and the Trustee that a like principal amount of the Bonds of Series 2037 shall be deemed to have been paid and redeemed.

  • The proceeds of the OAQDA Bonds will be loaned to the Company pursuant to a Loan Agreement, dated as of September 1, 2002, between the OAQDA and the Company.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Pledged Bonds means the related series of Bonds and any other Mortgage Bonds issued to secure Securities subject to the release provisions provided herein or in any other supplemental indenture to the Original Indenture.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Corporate Bonds means debt securities issued by private and public corporations.

  • Voting Bonds means the Outstanding Bonds less the Issuer’s Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 06-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Revenue bonds means the following types of instruments payable from the sources provided in the Central Valley Project Act: revenue bonds, notes, refunding bonds, refunding notes, bond anticipation notes, certificates of indebtedness, and other evidences of indebtedness.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • Escrowed Bonds means Municipal Obligations that (i) have been determined to be legally defeased in accordance with S&P’s legal defeasance criteria, (ii) have been determined to be economically defeased in accordance with S&P’s economic defeasance criteria and assigned a rating of AAA by S&P, (iii) are not rated by S&P but have been determined to be legally defeased by S&P or (iv) have been determined to be economically defeased by S&P and assigned a rating no lower than the rating that is S&P equivalent of S&P’s AAA rating. In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $15,757,000 of the Series A Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.
