NZR definition

NZR means the New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated;
NZR means the New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated; “Overseas Player” has the meaning set out in clause 6; “Played” means to have taken the field in a rugby union match; “Player” means a rugby union player;
NZR means the NZ Dollar equivalent of the Outstanding Balance of all NZ Receivables at that date.

  • If a player is a front row player and is under 19 years of age as at the first match of the competition, they are being selected for, then that player must obtain prior written approval (using the approval form provided by NZR) from the Provincial Union before they can participate in a senior women’s rugby match.

  • The business and affairs of NZR shall be managed and controlled by the board of directors of NZR.

  • Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which PIHK may have under this Agreement or otherwise, each of China VC, NZR and the Covenantors hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified PIHK in full from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, claims which PIHK may suffer through or arising from any breach of any of the China VC, NZR and Covenantors Warranties.
