  • The updated information submission by NYPA, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation of the Astoria-Xxxxxx Cable.

  • Con Edison or NYPA, as applicable, shall invoice Developer for such costs pursuant to Article 12 and shall use due diligence to minimize its costs.

  • If there is no compatible model, the Developer and NYPA will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information.

  • NYPA and Con Edison shall review Developer’s test results within 30 Calendar Days of receipt, or such other time period agreed upon by the Parties, and, based on such review, shall accept the results or direct Developer to make modifications as set forth below.
