Examples of NX Rewards in a sentence

  • Member agrees not to publish, retransmit, broadcast or otherwise reproduce in any medium any information or software that is made available to Member other than for the purpose of receiving the NX Rewards Membership Service.

  • Members are required to use the NX Rewards Membership Service in accordance with these Terms of Service and in an honest and ethical manner.

  • Member is responsible for his or her use of the NX Rewards Membership Service and must promptly notify NE of any unauthorised use of the NX Rewards Membership Service.

  • Member expressly agrees on enrolling into the NX Rewards Programme to receive the benefits of the Programme immediately.

  • NE is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any retailer, or any retailer’s withdrawal from the NX Rewards Programme, or for any effect on accrual of cashback caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal.

  • Where NE are able to do so, NE will notify you regarding any material changes to the NX Rewards Membership Services, your Agreement or the fees and will give you at least 30 days advance notice before making any such change.

  • You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights, in and relating to the NX Rewards Programme are owned by us, or licensed to for us to use.

  • Any individual may only hold one Membership in the NX Rewards Programme at a time.

  • In particular, if E(L) ƒ= ∅, then (4.3) is equilibrium controllable if it satisfies the hypotheses of Theo- rem 4.17.

Related to NX Rewards

  • Rewards means any Merchandise Reward, Travel Reward, Gift Card Reward or Account Credit Reward that is available in this Program; and

  • MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.

  • Skilled and trained workforce means a workforce that meets all of the following conditions:

The Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR) is the controlling regulations for allowances and benefits available to all U.S. Government civilians assigned to foreign areas. For task orders issued under OASIS SB, Contractor civilians assigned to foreign areas may receive the allowances and benefits in the DSSR but, shall not receive allowance and benefits in excess of those identified in the DSSR. For OCONUS task orders where costs are not specifically addressed in the DSSR, the Government will reimburse the Contractor for all reasonable, allowable, and allocable costs in accordance with FAR 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements.

  • Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Qualifying Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) means either (i) standard gas or electric EEMs (i.e., measures found on any of the Standard Initiative applications); or (ii) measures eligible under the Custom Initiative approved by Ameren Illinois; or (iii) measures found in the Streetlighting or Retro-commissioning Initiative as identified in official program materials found on the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency website. The following technologies are not Qualifying EEMs: (i) technologies that do not demonstrate measurable and verifiable energy savings, including power conditioning; (ii) technologies that displace electrical energy use or natural gas to another fuel (i.e. fuel switching); or (iii) renewable energy projects (solar, wind power, etc.). Eligible gas measures do not include propane or butane measures.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Fabric refresher means a product labeled to neutralize or eliminate odors on nonlaundered fabric including, but not limited to, soft household surfaces, rugs, carpeting, draperies, bedding, automotive interiors, footwear, athletic equipment, clothing and/or on household furniture or objects upholstered or covered with fabrics such as, but not limited to, wool, cotton, or nylon. “Fabric Refresher” does not include “Anti-static Product,” “Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner,” “Footwear or Leather Care Product,” “Spot Remover,” or “Disinfectant,” or products labeled for application to both fabric and human skin.

  • Long-term inpatient care means inpatient services for

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • SMS means Short Message Service.
