Nussdorf Family means Stephen Nussdorf, Glenn Nussdorf, Arlene Nussdorf, Ruth Nussdorf, all trusts in which any of Stephen Nussdorf, Glenn Nussdorf, Arlene Nussdorf, or Ruth Nussdorf are grantors, and their respective Affiliates, trusts (and the trustees and beneficiaries thereof), funds, and investment vehicles Controlled by them.
