Plan Area means the geographic area analyzed in the HCP/NCCP, located in the eastern portion of Contra Costa County, as depicted in Figure 1-1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is further described in detail in Chapter 1.2.1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is also referred to as the “Inventory Area” in the HCP/NCCP.
Building Plans means the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Estate or in respect of any part or parts of the Estate prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority under Reference No.2/9300/13 including any approved amendments thereto;
Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.
Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.
Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative
Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.
Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;
Area Plan means the document submitted by the AAA to DSHS for approval every four years, with updates every two years, which sets forth goals, measurable objectives, outcomes, units of service, and identifies the planning, coordination, administration, social services and evaluation of activities to be undertaken by the AAA to carry out the purposes of the Older Americans Act, the Social Security Act, the Senior Citizens Services Act, or any other statute for which the AAA receives funds.
North American Numbering Plan (NANP) means the numbering architecture in which every station in the NANP Area is identified by a unique ten (10)-digit address consisting of a three (3)-digit NPA code, a three (3)-digit central office code of the form NXX, and a four (4)-digit line number of the form XXXX.
Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a resolution adopted under section 8 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.
Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
