NULL status definition

NULL status means the permitted parker may either enter or exit the parkade at which point the status of their card is set to either IN or OUT status.

Whenever a mandatory severance period applies under applicable law with respect to a termination of service as an employee, Active Status shall be considered terminated upon such Employee’s receipt of notice of termination in whatever form prescribed by applicable law.
