Nuisance Abatement Service Cost definition

Nuisance Abatement Service Cost means the Service Cost, as defined in the Assessment Ordinance, that is properly attributable to the provision of the Nuisance Abatement Services under generally accepted accounting principles, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (A) the costs incurred by the City, including all actual, administrative, and collection costs, in performing any work authorized in accordance with the Nuisance Abatement Ordinance and necessary to abate a Nuisance located on a Tax Parcel, in accordance with the Nuisance Abatement Ordinance; and (B)
