Nuclear Operator means a person who carries on a radioactive substances activity on a nuclear site
Nuclear Operator means a person or undertaking setting up or operating an installation for the production, separation, reprocessing, storage or other use of source material or special fissile material. The term is also used to refer to the organisation ultimately responsible for NMAC compliance with Regulation (Euratom) No 302/2005.
Nuclear Operator means the entity responsible for performing all works, services and activities required by all Applicable Law in connection with the operation and maintenance of the LTO Units as ‘nuclear oper- ator’ within the meaning of Article 1 (exploitant) of the Act of 15 April 1994 on the protection of the public and the environment against the dangers arising from ionising radiation and on the Federal Nuclear Control Agency;
