Nuclear disaster definition
Nuclear disaster in this law means those ones that would be caused by the operation of nuclear business or by the operation of reactors among the nuclear disasters defined in Article 2, Subparagraph (i) of the Special Law of Emergency Preparedness for Nuclear Disaster (Law No. 156, 1999).
