NTP 2 definition

NTP 2 means a second notice to proceed with design and construction Work, except
NTP 2 means the written notice issued by the Authority to Developer authorizing Developer to proceed with Construction Work.
NTP 2 means City’s issuance to CMAR Firm of a written notice to proceed with Early Construction Phase Work. For each Early Construction Phase Amendment, City will issue an NTP 2 with a separate designation for such Early Construction Phase Amendment (for example NTP 2-A, NTP 2-B, etc.), each of which will be an NTP 2 for purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of NTP 2 in a sentence

  • Beginning on NTP 2, Developer assumes all responsibility and liability associated with Existing Improvements, including inter alia any improvements constructed by TxDOT or by third parties, any impacts upon initial design and construction, and defects affecting operations, maintenance, renewal and replacement requirements.

  • Developer shall conduct a pre-design coordination meeting no later than 1) 10 21 Business Days prior to any Design Work associated with NTP 1 or 2) issuance of NTP 2.

  • Noncompliance Offsets awarded from NTP 2 to 12 months after the Substantial Completion Date shall not be available to be subtracted from Noncompliance Points assessed by the Department in any subsequent Fiscal Year of the Operating Period.

  • Developer shall erect 7 one or more bullet in boards, large enough to display posters and other information on the Site 8 prior to issuance of NTP 2.


More Definitions of NTP 2

NTP 2 means a second notice to proceed with design and construction Work, except construction and other ground disturbing Work in the Center Segment, as described in ITP Section 1.6.3.
NTP 2 means the written notice issued by FDOT to Concessionaire authorizing Concessionaire to proceed with Construction Work and the O&M Work for the Construction Period.
