NSCL means Norske ▇▇▇▇ Canada Limited, a corporation governed by the COMPANY ACT (British Columbia), which is expected to be continued under the CANADA BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT if the Acquisition is completed, and also means the corporation resulting from the amalgamation under the CANADA BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT of NSCL and Pacifica which will occur if the Acquisition is completed.
