NRC Maintenance Rule definition

NRC Maintenance Rule means the NRC rules and regulations governing the maintenance of the Co-owned Transmission Facilities (as applicable) and the Generating Facility, at 10 C.F.R. sec. 50.65, as amended or superseded.

Nuclear Incident shall have the meaning defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. NYSRC shall mean the New York State Reliability Council or its successor organization.
