Noxious Uses definition

Noxious Uses means a trade which is offensive, dangerous or would pose a hazard to the public by reason of emission of odour, smoke, dust, noise, fumes, gas, vibration or refuse matter.
Noxious Uses means a use of land or building which, from its nature or operation, creates a nuisance, or is liable to become a nuisance, offensive or dangerous by the creation of noise or vibration, or by reason of the emission of gas, fumes, dust, or objectionable odour, or by reason of the unsightly storage of goods, wares, merchandise, salvage, refuse matter, waste, or other material.
