Novacom definition

Novacom means Novacom Távközlési Kft. (seat: 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx xx 00.; company registration number: Cg. 01-09-665609), a 100% subsidiary of the Company;
Novacom shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
