Notional Welded Point definition

Notional Welded Point means each of the Trading Hub Receipt Point and the Trading Hub Delivery Point.
Notional Welded Point means each of the Trading Hub Receipt Point and the Trading Hub Delivery Point. “OBA Principles” mean the principles of an OBA.

  • The Daily Operational Imbalance Limit at each Notional Welded Point shall be zero.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Operating Code, MDL shall not deliver, and a Shipper shall not request MDL to deliver, any quantity of Gas to or from a Notional Welded Point unless that Notional Welded Point is at the relevant time registered on the MDL IX as included in that Shipper‟s TSA.

  • This involved the trading market operator signing a Gas Transfer Agreement (GTA) which specifies how a Gas Transfer Agent is to reconcile settled trades.From the perspective of a prospective market operator, Vector’s approach allows for significantly simpler initial set-up arrangements, requiring much less negotiation (GTA’s are standardised, simple, well established, relatively short contracts, whereas Notional Welded Point ICA’s are somewhat customised, complex, new, and relatively long contracts).

  • However, it should be recorded that the main element used to enable the market on the Maui pipeline – the Notional Welded Point ICA – is complex and new, whereas the main element used to enable the market on the Vector pipeline – the GTA – is simple and standard.

  • With the market established, Maui shippers need to nominate flows in and out of the Notional Welded Point to match their settled trades.

  • A Notional Welded Point is where gas is received from and delivered to a gas trading location, known as a Notional Welded Party.A party transporting gas through the Maui pipeline is known as a Shipper and is party to a TSA with the TSP incorporating the terms of the MPOC.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.   • Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.

  • Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Notional Total Profit with respect to any number of shares as to which Grantee may propose to exercise this Option shall be the Total Profit determined as of the date of such proposed exercise assuming that this Option were exercised on such date for such number of shares and assuming that such shares, together with all other Option Shares held by Grantee and its affiliates as of such date, were sold for cash at the closing market price for the Common Stock as of the close of business on the preceding trading day (less customary brokerage commissions).

  • Class H Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.

For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rates on (a) REMIC II Regular Interest I-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, and (b) REMIC II Regular Interest II-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest II-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of each such REMIC II Regular Interest.

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive material that consists of or contains class A, B, or C radioactive waste as defined by 10 C.F.R. 61.55, as in effect on January 26, 1983, but does not include waste or material that is any of the following:

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • Class A-AB Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0420%.
