Notional Welded Point definition

Notional Welded Point means each of the Trading Hub Receipt Point and the Trading Hub Delivery Point.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Operating Code, MDL shall not deliver, and a Shipper shall not request MDL to deliver, any quantity of Gas to or from a Notional Welded Point unless that Notional Welded Point is at the relevant time registered on the MDL IX as included in that Shipper‟s TSA.

  • However, it should be recorded that the main element used to enable the market on the Maui pipeline – the Notional Welded Point ICA – is complex and new, whereas the main element used to enable the market on the Vector pipeline – the GTA – is simple and standard.

  • Uncertificated REMIC 1 Pass-Through Rate With respect to REMIC 1 Regular Interest IX, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans. With respect to each REMIC 1 Group I Regular Interest ending with the designation “A”, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans multiplied by 2, subject to a maximum rate of two times the Swap Rate. With respect to each REMIC 1 Group I Regular Interest ending with the designation “B”, the greater of (x) a per annum rate equal to the excess, if any, of (i) 2 multiplied by the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans over (ii) two times the Swap Rate and (y) 0.00%. With respect to REMIC 1 Regular Interest IIX, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans. With respect to each REMIC 1 Group II Regular Interest ending with the designation “A”, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans multiplied by 2, subject to a maximum rate of two times the Swap Rate. With respect to each REMIC 1 Group II Regular Interest ending with the designation “B”, the greater of (x) a per annum rate equal to the excess, if any, of (i) 2 multiplied by the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans over (ii) two times the Swap Rate and (y) 0.00%.

  • Class A-AB Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0420%.

  • Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Mortgage Loans as of the second preceding Due Date (after giving effect to the payments due on the Mortgage Loans on that Due Date).

  • SFTR means Regulation EU 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time;

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Generator to Load Distribution Factor or “GLDF” shall mean a generator’s impact on a Flowgate while serving load in that generator’s Balancing Authority Area.

  • Class A-S Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.4150%.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.32375% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
