Notional Vendor Finance definition

Notional Vendor Finance means the notional vendor finance contemplated in the trust deed constituting the Sasol Khanyisa employee share ownership plan so as to enable the trustees of the trust to subscribe for SSA Ordinary Shares on the Effective Date;
Notional Vendor Finance means the notional vendor finance provided by the Company to the Trust in connection with the subscription of the SSA Khanyisa Shares as a term of issue;
