Notional Funds definition

Notional Funds shall equal the nominal account size (the “Nominal Account Size”). Notwithstanding the aforementioned, subsequent additions of Actual Funds to the Commodities Account and withdrawals of Actual Funds from the Commodities Account, shall not change the Nominal Account Size, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties in accordance with Article 2.6 hereunder.
Notional Funds means the difference between the account size, a Series’ account size, or a Member of a Series’ account size above less actual funds. Accrued profits and cash additions to the account(s) comprising actual funds shall be treated as an increase in account size and losses and cash withdrawals to the account comprising actual funds shall be treated as a decrease in the account size.
Notional Funds means amounts allocated by an A Managed Account Client for trading purposes on which fees are earned, without double counting of such fees, as reflected from time to time in a written instruction from the account to the Managed Account’s advisor even though such amounts are not deposited with the Managed Account’s broker.

Examples of Notional Funds in a sentence

  • The Plan Administrator shall designate the Notional Funds that are available for notional investing under the Plan.

  • The Plan Administrator shall have the right to add or eliminate Notional Funds at any time and for any or no reason.

  • The value of a Participant's Account will fluctuate due to the investment experience of the Notional Funds which such Participant has chosen from time to time and at the time at which benefits become payable under the Plan, the value of the Participant's Account may be less than the total amount of Compensation deferred under the Plan.

  • In each case such notional investment experience shall be determined by treating such Account as though an equivalent dollar amount had been invested and reinvested in any or all of the Notional Funds.

  • The President may from time to time limit the Notional Funds available for purposes of such election.

  • The Notional Funds used as a basis for determining notional investment experience with respect to any Director's Deferred Payment Account shall be designated by the Director in writing by instrument of election substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C and may be changed prospectively by similar written election effective as of the first day of any calendar quarter.

  • In each case such notional investment experience shall be determined by treating the Deferred Payment Account as though an equivalent dollar amount had been invested and reinvested in one or more of the Notional Funds.

  • Seligman & Co. Incorporated ("Seligman") or any other entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with (as such terms are defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940) Seligman (each, a "Notional Fund"), assuming reinvestment of dividends and distributions from the Notional Funds.

  • The Notional Funds designated by a Participant may be changed by the Participant once per calendar month (or such other frequency as established by the Plan Administrator) on a prospective basis by the Participant making a change to his or her investment elections.

  • If a Notional Fund is dissolved or liquidated, a Participant's deferrals under the Plan which are treated as though invested in such Notional Fund shall be redirected to one or more Notional Funds designated by the Participant based upon the relative allocations identified by the Participant at that time, or, if the Participant has not designated any remaining Notional Funds, redirected to a Fund operated as a money market Fund in accordance with Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Related to Notional Funds

  • Additional Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 hereof.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Principal Funds With respect to the Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (1) the scheduled principal due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date, (2) prepayments in full collected in the related Prepayment Period, (3) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased by the Depositor during the related Prepayment Period or, in the case of a purchase pursuant to Section 9.01, on the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date, (4) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loan is less than the aggregate unpaid principal of the related Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Sponsor in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03(c), (5) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Prepayment Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to principal and represent payment in full), (6) all Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Due Period and (7) all other collections and recoveries in respect of principal during the related Due Period, less (A) all Non-Recoverable Advances relating to principal with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (B) other amounts reimbursable (including without limitation indemnity payments) to the Servicer and the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement allocable to principal.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • Specified Spread Account Balance means on the Closing Date, % of the sum of the Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date and on any Payment Date thereafter the lesser of, (a) % of the [sum of (i) the] Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date [plus (ii) the aggregate Contract Value of all Subsequent Receivables sold to the Trust as of their respective Cutoff Dates] and (b) the outstanding principal amount of the Notes. However, if (A) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) will be reduced to % on such Payment Date and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Dates as provided in the following clauses (B), (C) or (D); (B) if the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (C) or (D); (C) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (D); and (D) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter. In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.

  • Principal Funding Investment Shortfall means, with respect to each Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the amount, if any, by which the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds for such Transfer Date are less than the Covered Amount determined as of such Transfer Date.

  • Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.

  • Interest Funds With respect to each Mortgage Group and any Payment Date, (a) the sum of, without duplication, (1) all interest collected (other than the interest portion of Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Due Period by the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus, (x) to the extent provided under Sections 4.02(e)(3) and (4) and Sections 5.08(i) and (ii) herein, previously unreimbursed Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances due to the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor master servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (y) the Servicing Administration Fee and Master Servicing Fee with respect to such Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group and (z) any fees and expenses of any Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group to the extent not paid by the Seller or its Affiliates, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments or payments in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 with respect to the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (3) the portion of any Purchase Price or Substitution Amount paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) such Mortgage Group’s pro rata share of: (i) the Owner Trustee Fee, (ii) any costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable or otherwise due to the Master Servicer, Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee, any Custodian, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Administrator to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and any Custodial Agreement and (iii) any Net Swap Payment.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • PIPE Investment Amount means the aggregate gross purchase price received by Acquiror prior to or substantially concurrently with Closing for the shares in the PIPE Investment.

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Additional Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Unreturned Capital Contributions means all Capital Contributions made by a Class A Member less any returned capital.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $1,022,277.35 deposited on the Closing Date.

  • Institutional fund means a fund held by an institution exclusively for charitable purposes. The term does not include:

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.

  • Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Additional Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
