Notified Maximum Demand definition

Notified Maximum Demand means the maximum demand or capacity notified in writing by the consumer and accepted by the Service Provider as that which the customer requires the Service Provider to be in a position to supply on demand.
Notified Maximum Demand means the highest demand notified by a customer as the upper limit of supply capacity to be provided by a licensee;
Notified Maximum Demand means the contracted maximum capacity in kVA, notified in writing by the customer, accepted by the Supply Licensee and made available to the EG Customer at all times;

More Definitions of Notified Maximum Demand

Notified Maximum Demand means the maximum demand notified in writing by the Off-taker and accepted by the Municipality as the maximum demand which the Off-taker requires the Municipality to be in a position to supply on demand, as regulated in terms of the Supplemental ESA;
