Notification of New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby consent to the notification of my new employer of my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification of New Employer. In the event that the Executive leaves the employ of the Company, the Executive hereby grants consent to notification by the Company to his/her new employer about his/her rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification of New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer or consulting client about my rights and obligations under this Intellectual Property Agreement.
Notification of New Employer. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee grants consent to notification by the Company to Employee’s new employer about his rights and obligations under this Agreement and the PIA (hereinafter defined).

In the event that the Executive is employed or otherwise engaged by any other person or entity following the Termination Date, the Executive agrees to notify, and consents to the notification by Company and its affiliates of, such person or entity of the Restrictive Covenants.

Employee shall hold Employer harmless from any liability arising out of said notification.

The Employee further hereby authorizes the Employer to notify the Employee’s new employer about the Employee’s obligations under Section 6 of this Agreement.

Upon termination of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee hereby grants consent to notification by the Company to Employee’s new employer or any other party with which Employee may enter into a new relationship with respect to Employee’s obligations under this Agreement.
