NOTICES IN WRITING. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications provided in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given if delivered personally, transmitted by facsimile (receipt confirmed), sent by internationally recognized overnight courier service, to the parties at the following addresses (or at such other address for a party as shall be specified by like notice, provided that notices of a change of address shall be effective only on receipt of such notice):
