Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”

Xxxxx or such other address as a party may designate by notice duly given in accordance with this Section to the other parties. A Notice to a party shall be effective when delivered to such party’s Notice Address by any means, including, without limitation, personal delivery by the party giving the Notice, delivery by United States regular, certified or registered mail, or delivery by a commercial courier or delivery service. If the Notice Address of a party includes a facsimile number or electronic mail address, Notice given by facsimile or electronic mail shall be effective when delivered at such facsimile number or email address. If delivery of a Notice is refused, it shall be deemed to have been delivered at the time of such refusal of delivery. The party giving a Notice shall have the burden of establishing the fact and date of delivery or refusal of delivery of a Notice.
Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Electronic System.
Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:
FX Telephone Numbers means those telephone numbers with rating and routing point that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone and the ability for the calling Party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as Feature Group A (FGA) calls, and are subject to the originating and terminating carrier’s tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).

Address for Notices means the addresses set forth in Sections Q and R of the Summary; provided, however, that after the Commencement Date, Tenant’s Address for Notices shall be the address of the Premises.
Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.
Special Mandatory Redemption Price means 100% of the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of the Notes to, but not including, the Special Redemption Date.
Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.
Notice of Redemption means the Notice of Exercise of Redemption Right substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.
Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;
Notice means notice in writing;
Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.
Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:
Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and

ADDRESSES means the addresses of companies, self- employed, professionals and non-profit organisations; “Agreement” means the contract between Graydon and the Client for the supply of the Market Information services to which the Conditions apply;
Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and
Address means a postal address or, for the purposes of electronic communication, a fax number, an e-mail or postal address or a telephone number for receiving text messages in each case registered with the charity;
Make-Whole Redemption Price means the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus the Make-Whole Amount of such Notes. Calculation or verification of the calculation of the Make-Whole Redemption Price is not the responsibility of the Trustee and the Trustee may conclusively rely on an Officers’ Certificate with respect thereto without investigation.
Fax means the making of a facsimile copy of a document by the transmission of electronic signals;
