Notice to Vacate definition

Notice to Vacate is defined in Section 2.2.
Notice to Vacate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.1.

Examples of Notice to Vacate in a sentence

  • If the resident fails to pay their rent by the fifth day of the month, and HACE has not agreed to accept payment at a later date, a Notice to Vacate will be issued to the resident for failure to pay rent, demanding payment in full or the surrender of the premises.
