Examples of Notice to Participants in a sentence

  • The MarketAxess SEF may, in its discretion and at any time, amend any procedures adopted pursuant to Rule 502(a), and will publish the amendments in a Notice to Participants or in any other manner determined appropriate by the MarketAxess SEF.

  • For purposes of publication in accordance with this Rule, it shall be sufficient (without limiting the discretion of the MarketAxess SEF as to any other reasonable means of communication) if a Notice to Participants is published on the MarketAxess SEF’s website.
