Notice of Network Changes. If a Party makes a change in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using that Party’s facilities or network, or any other change in its facilities or network that will materially affect the interoperability of its facilities or network with the other Party’s facilities or network, the Party making the change shall publish notice of the change at least ninety (90) days in advance of such change, and shall use reasonable efforts, as commercially practicable, to publish such notice at least one hundred eighty (180) days in advance of the change; provided, however, that if an earlier publication of notice of a change is required by Applicable Law (including, but not limited to, 47 CFR 51.325 through 51. 335) notice shall be given at the time required by Applicable Law.
Notice of Network Changes. 34.1 The Parties agree to provide each other with reasonable notice consistent with applicable FCC rules of changes in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using the other Party’s facilities or networks, as well as other changes that affect the interoperability of those respective facilities and networks. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit either Party’s ability to upgrade or modify its network, including without limitation, the incorporation of new equipment, new software or otherwise so long as such upgrades are not inconsistent with the Parties’ obligations under this Agreement.
Notice of Network Changes. 35.1 The Parties agree to comply with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations as may be amended from time to time regarding notifications, network changes, upgrades, and/or modifications.

Notice of Network Changes. 11.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit either Party’s ability to upgrade its network through the incorporation of new equipment, new software or otherwise or to otherwise change and/or modify its network including, without limitation, through the retirement and/or replacement of equipment, software or otherwise. Each Party agrees to comply with the Network Disclosure rules adopted by the FCC in CC Docket No. 96-98, Second Report and Order, codified at 47 C.F.R. 51.325 through 51.335, as such rules may be amended from time to time (the “Network Disclosure Rules”).
Notice of Network Changes. 24.14.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.325, et seq., regarding notice to AT&T of any network change that will affect AT&T’s performance or ability to provide service or that will affect BellSouth’s interoperability with AT&T. This section shall be construed in accordance with the obligations contained within 47 C.F.R. § 51.325, et seq.
Notice of Network Changes. SWBT agrees to provide CLEC reasonable notice consistent with applicable FCC rules of changes in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using SWBT's facilities or networks, as well as other changes that affect the interoperability of those respective facilities and networks. This Agreement is not intended to limit SWBT's ability to upgrade its network through the incorporation of new equipment, new software or otherwise so long as such upgrades are not inconsistent with SWBT's obligations to CLEC under the terms of this Agreement.
Notice of Network Changes. 24.13.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.325, et seq., regarding notice to TCG of any network change that will affect TCG’s performance or ability to provide service or that will affect BellSouth’s interoperability with TCG. This section shall be construed in accordance with the obligations contained within 47 C.F.R. § 51.325, et seq.
