For any Draw Loan, Borrower shall provide Bank a Notice of Draw Borrowing, in form and substance as set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice in the form of Exhibit F to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.04 evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
SOFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the SOFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).
L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.
Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.
Swingline Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swingline Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit D.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans of the same Class.
Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.
Mandatory Borrowing shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(d).
Letter of Credit Borrowing means any Credit Extension resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit that has not been reimbursed or refinanced as a Borrowing of Revolving Loans.
Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.
Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.
ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.
Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
