Notice of Borrowing Request definition

Notice of Borrowing Request means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto delivered by the Company to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.03 with respect to a Borrowing Request.

Notice of Borrowing Request means with respect to a proposed borrowing pursuant to Article II, Paragraph 1(i) hereof, a written Notice of Borrowing Request duly executed by the Borrower and delivered to the Lender.

Notice of Borrowing Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.03(b).

Examples of Notice of Borrowing Request in a sentence

• Such notice shall be in the form of the Notice of Borrowing Request attached hereto as Exhibit A and shall be required to be delivered by Borrower to Agent on or prior to 12:00 noon (New York time) on the Business Day that is one (1) Business Day prior to the date of such requested borrowing.

• Given the breadth of the definition (particularly the words “in relation to” a security), it would be unrealistic to suppose that Parliament intended it to be confined to intermediated holding structures consisting of a single custodian.

• Financial participation in one of the societies from the categories above mentioned none* * Mark the space if necessary.

• Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent at its office set forth in Section 8.01 of a Notice of Borrowing Request signed by the Company.

• The Notice of Borrowing Request shall specify (x) the date of the proposed borrowing (which shall be a Business Day).
