Notice of Bank Addition has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Notice of Acceptance means the written notification and any accompanying documentation sent to the Consultant by the Principal advising acceptance of its Tender to provide the Services under the Contract.
Notice of Removal means a notice, under clause 17.4.5, from an Association to a Nominated Person Removing the Nominated Person.

Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Non-Bank Tax Certificate shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.4(e)(ii)(B)(3).
Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
Notice of Replacement Subordination Agent has the meaning specified in Section 3.08.
Non-Bank Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).
Notice Inviting Tender means the notice issued by a SNDB through publication in the newspapers or through electronic means for the purpose of inviting bids, or applications for pre-qualifications, or expression of interests, which may include Tender Notice, Invitation for Bids, Notice for Pre- qualifications or Request for Expression of Interests;
Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
