Notice of Appearance definition

Notice of Appearance means the notice which must be filed by a Person who wishes to appear, or to be represented, and to present evidence at the hearing in respect of the Final Order as set out in the Interim Order.
Notice of Appearance has the meaning ascribed thereto in "Principal Legal Matters — Court Approval of the Arrangement and Completion of the Agreement".
Notice of Appearance means the notice of appearance set out in the Notice of Application for Final Order.

  • Certificate of Appropriateness means the written approval of a permit application for work that is appropriate and that does not adversely affect a resource.
