Noteholder Senior Collateral definition

Noteholder Senior Collateral means the Collateral described in Section 2.1(b) in which the Notes Collateral Agent has a senior lien or security interest.

  • Notes Priority Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
