Note Schedule means the matrix summary of Note rates and terms offered to Investors as modified periodically by the Manager.

The Eligible Note Schedule will identify each Eligible Note by the name and address of the maker of the note (and if different from that address, the location of the grocery store to which such Eligible Note relates) and setting forth as to each Eligible Note: (i) the date the note was made and the original principal balance of the note; (ii) the unpaid principal balance of the note as of the date the note is delivered to Lender; (iii) the aggregate principal and interest payments received by Borrowers with respect to the note through the date of the Note Schedule; (iv) the original number of months to maturity and the original amortization period, in months, of the note, together with the actual number of months remaining to maturity as of the date the note is delivered to Lender; (v) the date the first monthly payment under the note was due; (vi) the interest rate payable by the maker under the note, including the minimum and maximum rates payable, if applicable; (vii) the amortization method and period; and (viii) the type and priority of the collateral securing the note.
Note Schedule means, with respect to any Note, the schedule attached as Schedule 2 to such Note describing the Inventory financed by such Note.

  • Rate Schedules means the schedules of EDTI’s Distribution Tariff that set out charges;

  • Rate Schedule or “Rider” means the rate or charge for a particular classification of service, including all special terms and conditions under which that service is furnished at the prescribed rate or charge.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • service delivery agreement means an agreement between the Municipality and an institution or persons mentioned in section 76(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
