Note Schedule means the schedule for each Eligible Notes delivered by Borrowers to Lender from time to time. The Eligible Note Schedule will identify each Eligible Note by the name and address of the maker of the note (and if different from that address, the location of the grocery store to which such Eligible Note relates) and setting forth as to each Eligible Note: (i) the date the note was made and the original principal balance of the note; (ii) the unpaid principal balance of the note as of the date the note is delivered to Lender; (iii) the aggregate principal and interest payments received by Borrowers with respect to the note through the date of the Note Schedule; (iv) the original number of months to maturity and the original amortization period, in months, of the note, together with the actual number of months remaining to maturity as of the date the note is delivered to Lender; (v) the date the first monthly payment under the note was due; (vi) the interest rate payable by the maker under the note, including the minimum and maximum rates payable, if applicable; (vii) the amortization method and period; and (viii) the type and priority of the collateral securing the note.

Related to Note Schedule

  • Rate Schedules means the schedules of EDTI’s Distribution Tariff that set out charges;

  • Rate Schedule or “Rider” means the rate or charge for a particular classification of service, including all special terms and conditions under which that service is furnished at the prescribed rate or charge.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • service delivery agreement means an agreement between the Municipality and an institution or persons mentioned in section 76(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
