Note and Notes definition

Note and Notes have the same meaning specified in Section 1.2(a)(ii).

Note and Notes the Term Note and the Revolving Credit Note.

Examples of Note and Notes in a sentence

• For both this Note and Notes issued in certificated form, the payment of principal of, premium (if any), accrued interest, and any other amounts due on or after the Maturity Date will be made only upon the presentation and surrender of such Note at the office of the Trustee or successor thereof, and with respect to this Note, in accordance with the procedures of DTC.

• The terms "Note" and "Notes" as used herein shall include each Series A Note and each Shelf Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Note pursuant to any such provision.
