Notarized Copy definition
Notarized Copy means a copy of a document which faithfulness to the Original is attested by a notary public in accordance with the applicable Russian laws.
Notarized Copy means (whichever applicable): a copy of all pages of a document (unless otherwise provided for by the laws of a foreign country) which faithfulness to the Original is attested by a notary public in accordance with the applicable Russian laws on notaries, or by a relevant authority (person) of a foreign country (NSD accepts such copies only if legalized according to paragraphs 2.1 and 2.3 in Section 2 of the List).
