Any owner and constituent entities involved in management and ownership of a project with an unresolved finding of non-compliance beyond the initial correction period may be deemed to be Not in Good Standing by the HHFDC Finance Branch.
Any GVR Member who has not paid dues, fees or assessments as of the time such payment is due becomes delinquent and shall automatically be declared a ‘Member Not in Good Standing.’ Any GVR Member Not in Good Standing and his/her Additional Card Holder, Assigned Member and/or Tenants and Guests shall not be entitled to use GVR facilities.
