Not in Good Standing definition

Not in Good Standing means in respect of a loan of which:
Not in Good Standing in respect of a loan, means a loan in respect of which (i) any payment of principal or interest is 90 days or more overdue, (ii) interest is not being accrued on the books of the Bank because it is doubtful whether the principal or interest will be paid or recovered, or (iii) the rate of interest is reduced by the Bank because the borrower is financially weak.
Not in Good Standing means that an apprentice registered with this committee has failed to comply with their responsibilities and duties as outlined in Section 11. Apprentice Duties and Responsibilities.

Examples of Not in Good Standing in a sentence

  • Any owner and constituent entities involved in management and ownership of a project with an unresolved finding of non-compliance beyond the initial correction period may be deemed to be Not in Good Standing by the HHFDC Finance Branch.

  • Any GVR Member who has not paid dues, fees or assessments as of the time such payment is due becomes delinquent and shall automatically be declared a ‘Member Not in Good Standing.’ Any GVR Member Not in Good Standing and his/her Additional Card Holder, Assigned Member and/or Tenants and Guests shall not be entitled to use GVR facilities.

  • Plan Participants shall be deemed in Good Standing until they are otherwise found to be Not in Good Standing.

  • If a Plan Participant remains Not in Good Standing for more than one calendar year, the Chair may wish to pursue further action(s), as set forth by other academic policies.

  • If the Dean agrees with the Chair’s assessment, the Dean shall issue a written determination that the Plan Participant is Not in Good Standing.


More Definitions of Not in Good Standing

Not in Good Standing. For the purposes of this Section 8.6, a Collector who is the holder of an AM BankCard who has a minimum payment that remains unpaid for three or more billing periods or whose AM BankCard has been suspended from further activity or has been cancelled is Not in Good Standing. The Bank may at any time and from time to time change the definition of “Not in Good Standing”. The Bank shall provide reasonable advance notice to LM of every such change.
Not in Good Standing means a student who subject to the following restrictions: ineligibility to hold an office in any student organization recognized by the University or to hold any elected or appointed position within the University; Ineligibility to compete in intercollegiate athletic activity; ineligibility to represent the University in any capacity, including representing the University at any official function; and, ineligibility to receive a University-administered scholarship or fellowship when the sanction is in place for longer than one semester.
Not in Good Standing means that an employee has left county service under negative circumstances which the county considers as sufficient cause not to re‐hire the person. Circumstances which can result in a designation of “not in good standing” include, but are not limited to, discharge, resignation without 2 weeks advance notice, resignation due to absence without approved leave for 3 days, and failure to return from an approved leave of absence upon the required/approved return date.
Not in Good Standing which shall mean that the charitable trust is not properly registered, is more than 6 months in arrears in its submission of complete annual reports, has otherwise failed to comply with statutory or rule requirements, currently is under investigation, or is subject to sanction, revocation, or penalty by the charitable trusts unit or by a court or regulatory agency of the United States government, New Hampshire, or another state; or
Not in Good Standing means a Lot Owner in default of any Assessment against his Lot or with a violation of the Declaration of Protective Covenants or these Bylaws. A Lot Owner “Not in Good Standing” is ineligible to vote on any matters properly before the Membership.
Not in Good Standing means in default of any obligation to the Cooperative under a Member Agreement, a Promissory Note, these Bylaws, or any other agreement between the Member and the Cooperative; or in contravention of the Feeder Act, the Feeder Regulations, or any order made under the Feeder Act or the Feeder Regulations;
Not in Good Standing means the business entity is not in compliance with one or more Maryland laws that apply to businesses and their responsibilities in this State. Only business entities that are active can have a good standing status, so a business that has been voluntarily terminated will also show “not in good standing” because it is no longer active.
