Northern Section definition

Northern Section means the 64 acre section of the reforested lands parcel conveyed to the County of Saratoga by deed dated October 7, 1945 and recorded in the Office of the Saratoga County Clerk on October 8, 1945 in Book 431 of Deeds at Page 317, lying north of Louden Road in the Town of Wilton, and identified on the Saratoga County tax maps as a portion of Tax Parcel #154.-1-48.

A ten percent (10%) penalty per month (or each portion thereof) shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within sixty (60) days of receipt of a returned Agreement.
