North Project Plan definition

North Project Plan means the term as defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
North Project Plan means the redevelopment plan to be approved by the City in the future for the North Project Area.

Examples of North Project Plan in a sentence

  • The Developer represents and warrants that the North Project Area is sufficient to construct the North Project as contemplated in the North Project Plan and this Agreement.

  • Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for fifty (50) years from the date of approval of the North Project Plan.

  • The Parties agree that the North Project Plan will be implemented as agreed in this Agreement.

  • The Developer shall provide itemized invoices, receipts or other information, if any, to confirm that any such cost is so incurred and does so qualify as a Redevelopment Project Cost and only reflects such redevelopment project costs included in or contemplated by Exhibit G of the North Project Plan.

Related to North Project Plan

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
