Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.

  • Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;

  • Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;

  • New Mexico CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: If You are the original purchaser of this Agreement, You may return this Agreement and receive a refund if: (i) You have not made a claim under the Agreement; and (ii) You return this Agreement within twenty days after the date We mail You a copy of the Agreement or within ten days after You receive a copy of the Agreement if We furnish You with the copy at the time the Agreement is purchased. We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation.   • Hong Kong means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;

  • AT&T TENNESSEE means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Tennessee.

  • Swale means a shallow depression in the ground sloping to a place for disposal for the purpose of providing a method of drainage of surface water.

  • Shorelands or "shoreland areas" means those lands extending landward for two hundred feet in all directions as measured on a horizontal plane from the ordinary high water mark; floodways and contiguous floodplain areas landward two hundred feet from such floodways; and all wetlands and river deltas associated with the streams, lakes, and tidal waters which are subject to the provisions of this chapter; the same to be designated as to location by the department of ecology.

  • Ontario means Her Majesty in Right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

  • Portland cement means a hydraulic cement produced by pulverizing clinker consisting essentially of hydraulic calcium silicates, usually containing one or more of the forms of calcium sulfate as an interground addition.

  • Finland means the Republic of Finland and, when used in a geographical sense, means the territory of the Republic of Finland, and any area adjacent to the territorial waters of the Republic of Finland within which, under the laws of Finland and in accordance with international law, the rights of Finland with respect to the exploration for and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea bed and its sub-soil and of the superjacent waters may be exercised;
