Definition of Normal Retirement Eligibility Date


Normal Retirement Eligibility Date means, with respect to any Holder, the later of (a) the date on which such Holder attains age 55 and (b) the date such Holder completes five years of continuous employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.

Examples of Normal Retirement Eligibility Date in a sentence

A recipients Normal Retirement Eligibility Date shall be defined as the date on which the recipient has (i) attained age 55 and (ii) been employed by the Company for a minimum of 5 years.
Upon a recipients death or Total Disability (as defined below), or upon a recipients Normal Retirement Eligibility Date (as defined below), all of the restrictions imposed on the recipients restricted stock or restricted stock units shall lapse.
