Nonstatutory Share Option definition

Nonstatutory Share Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Share Option.
Nonstatutory Share Option means an Option that is not intended to, or does not, in fact, qualify as an Incentive Share Option.
Nonstatutory Share Option means any Option that does not qualify as an “incentive stock option” within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
