Nonperforming Loans definition

Nonperforming Loans means the sum of (a) nonaccrual loans and lease financing receivables, (b) loans and lease financing receivables that are contractually past due 90 days or more as to interest or principal and are still accruing interest and (c) loans for which the terms have been modified due to a deterioration in the financial position of the borrower (determined in accordance with, and as set forth on, Borrower’s FR Report Y-9C).
Nonperforming Loans has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.4.
Nonperforming Loans means loans that are sixty (60) days or more past due, tagged as non-accrual, charged off, thirty (30) days or more past maturity, bankrupt, or foreclosed as of March 31, 2009.

  • Permit the ratio of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of Nonperforming Loans (excluding the aggregate outstanding principal balance of such loans which have been sold without recourse) to (b) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Third Party Loans (excluding the aggregate outstanding principal balance of such loans which have been sold without recourse) to exceed .05:1.0 at any time.

More Definitions of Nonperforming Loans

Nonperforming Loans means the sum of all non-accrual loans and loans on which any payment is ninety (90) or more days past due but which continue to accrue interest, but excluding any troubled debt restructurings (so long as any such troubled debt restructurings continue to accrue interest), and “Allowance for Loan Losses” shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 7.3 above.
Nonperforming Loans shall have the meaning attributed thereto in Section 8.4(d).
