Nondisclosure Certificate definition

Nondisclosure Certificate means the certificate attached to this Protective Order as Attachment 1, which is signed by a Reviewing Representative who has been granted access to Protected Material and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Protective Order.
Nondisclosure Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of the certificate attached to this Protective Order by which a Reviewing Representative who has been granted access to Protected Material certifies his or her understanding that such access is provided pursuant to the terms of this Protective Order and that he or she agrees to be bound by it.
