Nonconforming Raw Materials definition
Nonconforming Raw Materials means any Raw Materials that do not meet the pre-approved release at the time of release and includes materials as to which any of the following apply: a) material that does not have an accurate Certificate of Analysis, or b) the material was not manufactured in accord with the Specifications and the Quality Agreement or c) the material contains a Latent Defect.
