Nonbusiness Day definition

Nonbusiness Day means every day that is not a Business Day. The principal of, or accrued interest on, this Note shall be due and payable in lawful money of the United States of America, in New York, New York at the office of Lender, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, in funds which are or will be available for immediate use by Lender at such office at or before 12:00 p.m., Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable) on the day payment hereof is due. In any case where a payment of principal or interest hereon is due on a Nonbusiness Day, Borrower shall be entitled to delay such payment until the next succeeding Business Day, but interest shall continue to accrue until the payment is, in fact, made.
Nonbusiness Day means each day upon which commercial banks in the State of Texas are authorized by Law to remain closed.
Nonbusiness Day means a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the State of Utah. In any case where a payment is due, an act is to be performed, a notice is to be delivered or a period expires under this Agreement on a nonbusiness day, such occurrence shall be deferred until the next succeeding business day.

  • If this Warrant is not exercised prior to 5:00 P.M. on the Expiration Date (or the next succeeding Business Day, if the Expiration Date is a Nonbusiness Day), this Warrant, or any new Warrant issued pursuant to Section 1.1, shall cease to be exercisable and shall become void and all rights of the Warrantholder hereunder shall cease.

  • In case the principal is to be repaid in more than one payout then the maturity of the securities shall be calculated on the basis of weighted average maturity of the security.b. In case of securities with put and call options (daily or otherwise) the residual maturity of the securities shall not be greater than 91 days.c. In case the maturity of the security falls on a Non-business Day, then settlement of securities will take place on the next Business Day.

  • If this Warrant is not exercised prior to 5:00 p.m. on the Expiration Date (or the next succeeding Business Day, if the Expiration Date is a Nonbusiness Day), this Warrant, or any new Warrant issued pursuant to Section 1.1, shall cease to be exercisable and shall become void and all rights of the Warrantholder hereunder shall cease.

  • In any case where a payment of principal or interest hereon is due on a Nonbusiness Day, Borrower shall be entitled to delay such payment until the next succeeding Business Day, but interest shall continue to accrue until the payment is, in fact, made.

  • If this Warrant is not exercised prior to 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on the Expiration Date (or the next succeeding Business Day, if the Expiration Date is a Nonbusiness Day), this Warrant, or any new Warrant issued pursuant to Subsection 2.1, shall cease to be exercisable and shall become void, and all rights of the Warrantholder hereunder shall cease.

  • If this Warrant is not exercised prior to 5:00 P.M. on the Expiration Date (or the next succeeding Business Day, if the Expiration Date is a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which the New York Stock Exchange is authorized to close or on which the Company is otherwise closed for business (a "Nonbusiness Day"), this Warrant, or any new Warrant issued pursuant to Section 1.1, shall cease to be exercisable and shall become void and all rights of the Warrantholder hereunder shall cease.

  • This Warrant may only be vested if, at the time of such vesting, Mr. Xxxxxx xx an Employee of the Company, except as provided in Section 1.3. If this Warrant is not exercised prior to 5:00 P.M. on the Expiration Date (or the next succeeding Business Day, if the Expiration Date is a Nonbusiness Day), this Warrant, or any new Warrant issued pursuant to Section 1.1, shall cease to be exercisable and shall become void and all rights of the Warrantholder hereunder shall cease.

More Definitions of Nonbusiness Day

Nonbusiness Day means every day which is not a Business Day. Payment of the principal of this note shall be due and payable in lawful money of the United States of America, in Xxxxxx County, Texas at the office of Payee set forth at the top of this Note at or before 3:00 p.m., Houston, Texas time on the day such payment is due. In any case where a payment of principal is due on a Nonbusiness Day, Maker shall be entitled to delay such payment until the next succeeding Business Day.
Nonbusiness Day means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Ontario);
Nonbusiness Day shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 9.12.
Nonbusiness Day means, for a public officer or employee, a weekend or an authorized State holiday; for an authorized person means a day on which such person was not scheduled to be performing service or contributing time to an agency.

  • Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Payment Business Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in Stockholm and Frankfurt am Main and on which the Clearing System settles payments in the Issue Currency.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.
