Nonadherence definition

Nonadherence means not following the recommended course of treatment or therapy by not taking all the medications in the manner prescribed for the entire length of time.

  • Unwarranted failure to comply means the failure of a permittee to prevent the occurrence of any violation of the permittee's permit or any requirement of this chapter due to indifference, lack of diligence, or lack of reasonable care, or the failure to abate any violation of such permit or this chapter due to indifference, lack of diligence, or lack of reasonable care.

  • Proprietary means goods or services of a specialized nature, that may be made or marketed by a person or persons having the exclusive right to make or sell them, when the need for such goods or services has been certified in writing by the Board to be necessary for the conduct of its affairs.
