Non-Union Employee definition
Non-Union Employee means an Employee whose terms and conditions of employment are not governed by a Collective Labor Agreement.
Non-Union Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).
Non-Union Employee means any employee of NMPC employed as of the Closing Date who is employed at, or whose work responsibilities involve principally the operation of, the NMP-2 Assets and is not covered by the IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement. For purposes of Sections 2.4 and 6.10(k), the term Non-Union Employee also includes any independent contractor who is self-employed, who provides direct services to NMPC as of the Closing Date and who provides services at, or whose work responsibilities involve principally the operation of, the NMP-2 Assets.

The employee’s participation in these benefits will be in accordance with the City’s Non-Union Employee Information Guide.

More Definitions of Non-Union Employee
Non-Union Employee means any person employed by the Company, who is paid on an hourly basis or whose employment is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, and who reports to work at one of the following locations:
Non-Union Employee means a Company Non-Union Employee or a Service Company Employee.
