Non Supplier Member definition
Non Supplier Member means a Member Company whose primary activity in the travel industry is to provide services to travelers and travel suppliers and that does not belong to any other membership class established under or in accordance with the Corporation’s bylaws.
Examples of Non Supplier Member in a sentence
Each Member Company shall be classified as an Air Carrier Member, a Hotel Company Member, a Leisure Company Member, a Non Supplier Member, an Other Industry Participant Member, a Rental Car Company Member or a member of another membership class that has been created by the Corporation’s board of directors in accordance with Section 2.1(e) of the Corporation’s bylaws, as provided in this Agreement and the bylaws of the Corporation.
